Hi there digibron,
I am the Recommender and I have analyzed the viewing habits of all the followmy.tv users. Now I am able to give you recommendations matching the series you love and follow.
You should watch How I Met Your Mother because you already follow Dexter, Community, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones
You should watch New Girl because you already follow Girls
You should watch Family Guy because you already follow The Simpsons, Futurama
If you want to recieve new recommendations on a monthly basis you should add me as a friend and I'll keep you updated.
Nice to see in your list things that I plan to watch side by side with many stuff that I love - it means I'm on the right track!
There is a lot of reality crap, everywhere. They all copy each other. One comes up with a show, then they all have to have the show. I think the UK and the US have the exact same reality lineups. You even have your own version of Jersey Shore, now.
You should add Oranges. He is Australian, watches a lot of the shows you do, and loves to talk about them.
@ColeFrost Cheers! Although I must admit I've only been living in the UK for about nine months. I'm originally from Australia but grew up watching British television. If I'm honest, my love of English tv did play a small part in my decision to move over here. ;) (Having done so I've realised that there is a lot of CRAP - reality tv mostly - on British TV, but there's still gold to be found.)
Finally, someone living in the UK. It is hard enough being an American, trying to discuss our lesser shows with everyone else. I think there are like a handful of Americans, at most on here, and not a single one ever comments. The big shows are fine, but the rest no one knows about.
I saw your comment on Torchwood and knew, before I even clicked your profile, that you were in the UK. Barely anyone talks about the shows over there, I think you are the first person I have even seen that is currently there.
Looking forward to your future comments.
